2010 Mount Horeb Sesquicentennial Blue (Seyval Blanc Sweet White)
SOLD OUT as of 1/7/12!
A more nectarous version of Sesquicentennial White. Peaches and melon on the nose, with tangerine, peaches and green apple flavors throughout.

2010 Chalice Riesling (German-style Semi-Dry White)
Cornflower yellow in color with a crisp nose of green apples and spice, this classic wine exhibits luscious pear flavors on the palate. Crafted in the European style, the wine's acidity is balanced by its modest sweetness. Whether on its own or paired with lighter foods or Asian cuisine, this Riesling makes the perfect sunny day libation. Best served chilled.

2009 Chalice Pinot Noir (Classic Dry Light Red)
This zesty 2009 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is characterized by plum flavors in partnership with nutmeg and spice. A perfect complement to savory dishes and well-paired with grilled salmon, pork, and turkey. The wine offers a surprisingly port-like quality, not often exhibited in this varietal.

2010 Chalice Cabernet Sauvignon (Young & Structured Dry Red)
The 2010 Cabernet offers young and boisterous fruit on the front end and soft, pleasing tannins on the finish. Elements of plum, black cherry, and currant combine with hints of leather and cedar. This dry Columbia Valley wine makes the perfect accompaniment to beef and lamb dishes, or can simply be enjoyed with good friends.
